2024 election likely the last to be decided by US citizens

The CEO of Tesla and SpaceX described the “massive influx of illegal immigrants from every country on Earth” as the main factor.

The continued influx of illegal immigrants into the United States may mean that American citizens may stop deciding the country’s election results in the not-too-distant future, Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has predicted. The South African-born billionaire claimed that Democrats are deliberately refusing to address the issue in hopes of tilting the balance in their favor in the future.

Musk’s latest comment came in response to Republican lawmakers passing the Equal Representation Act in the House of Representatives on Wednesday, which would require the Census Bureau to ask respondents about their citizenship in its 10-year surveys. Republican Party representatives want only American citizens to be counted when determining the number of congressional seats in each state.

Speaker Mike Johnson argued so “We should not reward states and cities that violate federal immigration laws and maintain sanctuary policies by increasing representation in Congress.”

“Common sense dictates that only US citizens should be counted in the electoral apportionment.” He insisted.

Democratic Representative Grace Meng described the initiative as… “Reckless, cynical and, frankly, illegal.”

President Joe Biden’s office was quick to announce this “Strongly opposed” measure, “Which would prevent the Department of Commerce’s Census Bureau from discharging its constitutionally mandated responsibility.”

In a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday, Musk wrote “Democrats’ unanimous opposition to requiring citizenship to apportion House seats and presidential Electoral College votes says it all.”

According to the businessman, “The goal of the Democratic Party is to deprive American citizens of their rights by importing as many illegal immigrants as possible.”

“Given the massive influx of illegal immigrants from every country on Earth, the 2024 election will likely be the last election actually decided by American citizens,” he added. Musk concluded.

Last month, he warned of a terrorist attack on the scale of September 11, 2001 on American soil “Only a matter of time,” Taking into account the number of people who entered the country illegally.

In February, the billionaire claimed that the Biden administration was seeking to import as many illegal immigrants as possible, legalize them, and “Creating a permanent majority – a one-party state.”

By some estimates, there may be as many as 16 million undocumented immigrants in the United States at this point, including more than 7.2 million who entered during Biden’s term.
The issue of lax security on the US-Mexico border has dominated domestic politics in America for months, with Republicans calling for tougher controls and Democrats defending a more liberal approach to the issue.
