French league substitute player ejected Fastest Sport

Some substitutes in the French Football League have broken negative records by receiving red cards seconds or minutes after coming on.

According to the Opta website, after this quick expulsion, Andre became one of the fastest substitute players to receive a red card in the league since the 2006/07 season.   • Jordan Ayew (Olympique Marseille – February 2013): Sent off after 1 minute, 51 seconds.
  • Andre Ayew (Le Havre – November 2023): Sent off after 2 minutes, 24 seconds
