Australian police have shot dead a 16-year-old suspect who stabbed a member of the public in a Perth car park on Saturday and then attacked officers.
“There are indications that he has become radicalized online.” Western Australia Premier Roger Cook said in a press conference on Sunday. He added that “It appears he acted alone.”
The stabbing occurred at around 10am local time in the Bunnings car park in Williton, a southern suburb of Perth.
