Frosinone beat Napoli to knock them out of Coppa Italia campaign

Naples, Italy, suffered a 0-4 defeat against the host Frosinone and ended in the last 16 of the Coppa Italia.

The defending Italian league champions collapsed in front of their opponents in the final 30 minutes of the second half, with Frosinone taking the lead thanks to two goals from Enzo Barincia (65) and Giuseppe Casso (70).

In stoppage time, Moroccan player Walid Chedira scored the third goal through a penalty kick in the 91st minute, and Abdo Hrouei completed his fourth consecutive victory in the 95th minute.

With this resounding victory, Frosinone advanced to the quarter-finals, awaiting the winner of the match between Juventus and Salernitana.

Fiorentina drew 2-2 in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals and defeated Parma 4-1 in the penalty shootout, taking the lead in advancing to the Coppa Italia quarter-finals.
