Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky claimed on Wednesday that he did not actually seek to meet Chinese Premier Li Qiang at the World Economic Forum in Davos this week. Zelensky stressed that the prime minister is not the one making decisions in China, suggesting that Li was not a high-ranking enough official to fully deserve the meeting.
