Demonstrations supporting Gaza and condemning Israeli aggression spread across European and American cities News

Activists in several capitals around the world have organized demonstrations in support of the Palestinians, and demonstrations condemning Israel's aggression in Gaza have taken place in European and American cities.

Called by the group “Palestinian Health Employees”, Britons and health sector workers organized a protest in front of the British government headquarters in London.

Protesters demanded an end to Israel's war on the Gaza Strip and raised slogans and banners denouncing Israel's aggression in the Strip, while others called for an immediate ceasefire. Participants also performed prayers to mourn the souls of Gaza's martyrs.

Demonstrations were held in the French capital Paris, Strasbourg, Rennes and other French cities to demand an immediate ceasefire and condemn Israel's aggression in Gaza.

Demonstrators called on the French government to take a firmer stance against Israel and raised slogans condemning the international community's silence on the humanitarian situation in Gaza.

On the other hand, the French Foreign Ministry once again called for an immediate ceasefire to achieve a permanent ceasefire.

It also expressed opposition to the policy of deporting Gaza's population and announced sanctions against extremist settlers involved in violence against Palestinians, saying it wanted to expand those sanctions at the European level.

In Sweden, demonstrations were held in several cities to denounce the Israeli war and ongoing crimes against residents of the Gaza Strip.

Demonstrations supporting the Palestinian cause and condemning Israel's genocide in Gaza also took place in Milan, Italy. Demonstrators called on the international community to save Gaza.

The Dutch city of Horikum witnessed a protest march condemning Israel's war on the Gaza Strip and demanding an end to it.

The march, called by the group Peace for Palestine Little Rock, marched through the city's streets, with participants raising Palestinian flags and slogans calling for an end to the war in Gaza and to save the Strip's children.

Social networking sites posted scenes of Palestinian supporters organizing a march, braving heavy snow and strolling through the streets of New York to reject the war on Gaza and demand an end.

The event included stops at famous landmarks in American cities, most notably the New York Public Library, Times Square, the New York Times newspaper building and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, whose entrances were closed by police.
